At Cate Brooks, DOT Training and Compliance LLC, I have 29+ years working with the transportation industry at the State and Federal Levels. I am very knowledgeable about the regulations that govern the transportation industry and am also knowledgeable about ways trucking companies can lessen their risks of being subject to roadside stops or other investigations by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. During my time with the State of CT, as well as FMCSA, I have conducted Safety Audits and Compliance Investigations on carriers as well as roadside enforcement. I have met with industry groups and spoken about various topics including Hours of Service. I have also spoken at safety meetings for different companies.  I understand the challenges and risks involved in this business and am here to provide you with the knowledge and guidance you need to stay compliant and avoid penalties.
